Legislation is due to change in the UK and from February 2011 all new cars must come equipped with Daytime Running Lights as standard.
These Hella Daytime Running lights are a high quality retro fit lighting system, currently being fitted as Original Equipment on many of todays cars. By fitting these crisp white LED lights your vehicle will look more up to date as well as being visible on the road.
These lights are universal and in most cases will be mounted within one of the apertures on the front grill and should be no less than 600mm apart and between 250 and 1500mm above the ground.
The kit is complete with two lamps, fitting instructions and the necessary wiring and relay to ensure that they operate legally and in conjunction with existing lighting.
After removing the chosen front grill this must be modified to fit the light unit securely and once in place can be wired in by a qualified auto electrician.
These lights are designed so that they will operate when the ignition is switched on and will remain so until the normal lights are activated.
